Case management CRM for an NGO that funds pediatric healthcare.
Built solo for Ekam Foundation. Takes a funding case through nineteen stages, from intake to donor reporting, with role based access, an audit log on every record, and data privacy compliance built in from week one, replacing spreadsheets and WhatsApp.

Quantitative research platform for the Indian stock market.
A personal research platform that never places a live order. Every trading idea is tested against a control group before it is allowed near real money, and the platform hands a trader an evidence based advice card instead of an auto pilot.

Sales proposals, live Google Ads and GA4 management on a client's real ad account, a hospital lead generation pipeline, and weekly growth reports across nine clients.

Tracks a child's hearing loss journey from screening through hearing aids, cochlear implants, and therapy. Role based access, an append only audit log, and a mobile first design built for a non technical staff.

JalDoot
Autonomous boat that patrols fish and shrimp ponds.
Built with two teammates as a Delhi University incubation project. Measures pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, and turbidity while patrolling a pond, and alerts a farmer before a water quality crash kills their stock.

A personal library of about forty eight reusable AI agent skills.
Packaged skills spanning backend engineering, security, cloud infrastructure, trading research, and content generation, each one built so a future project can reuse it instead of re explaining it from scratch.
About
Devanshu Singhai is a B.Tech student at the Cluster Innovation Centre, University of Delhi, class of 2027. Most of the work here happened alongside two internships, a handful of freelance client builds, and a few personal projects that got taken further than they needed to be.
The common thread is finishing things: production systems with real users, a research platform with a falsification discipline instead of a hunch, and a boat that actually floats.
